my experience in NPA Sara Mejia

my experience in NPA was so good, fierst we do the pocition paper so I investigate about my comision and delegation;(my delegation were U.S, my comision were reelection). then we do the simulacrum were the precidents explain as what we would say and how.

I were so nervious because the day, the real day that were the NPA were arieved. fierst we enter to the classroom. then the precidents told as that we have to read the pocition paper and then they chose the beater. then they give us a crisis but at the fierst anybody was taking but then the thing start to be interesant so all the people start to talk.

then we went to the reaces and there with all my friends and we start to talk about what we debate in the last blook. then we enter again's to the same classroom and we star to debate at fiers again I was so nerviouse because the crisis was including me but I start to had confiance and I start to debate more than the last blook.

At the end It was the awards, there wer many awards one of thems was the one delegate with the best pocition paper, another was the more salient delegate.
I don't win any premium but I thing that these experience is going to be mach in my live.

My expirienece at NPA by Daniela Maldonado

my experience in NPA was not so embarrassing, because my friends of the school bus have already participated in this event and tell me their experience and prepared and teach me for it.
All this began when the teacher Adriana Neira introduced us to the issue and gave us our delegation and the Commission, I was in the delegation of the ELN and my commission was economic and social (ilegal cash collection).
We also receive the support of ourenglish teacher Livia G. we did a practice with one of the presidents.
We stayed one day in the afternoon to make a practice days before the NPA, it was very good and I felt ready, my friend of the school bus that was the high commissions(juan S Bernal), and Juan Miguel Osuna, made me recommendations for ANP.
The day arrived, we lat an entire day of classes until 4:15; although at first I was a bit nervous but knew i was prepared.
We start with the general assembly, later we went to our commissions; All delegations read their position paper, after the recess was formal debate but i do not be there because a meting, but i cames to the informal Debate.
NPA was a beautiful experience that i will like to repeat and i enjoy it.

My Experience In NPA :) By Maria Laura Perez.

My experience in NPA was so good and great, it passed on March 27th,2009. My comission was in english, was the Security Council (Forced Displacement) and my delegation was ELN. At first, it was difficult being in a comission with the english as official language was difficult because you didn't know some words so you couldn't express your ideas as you wanted, but later y got better ideas and I knew how to say them.
Being in the ELN delegation for me could be difficult because everybody is against you, saying you are a terrorist, but I got a lot of information about the differnt points of view of the ELN and they don't consider themselves as terrorists, just rebels that are at margin of the law. Being in ELN was so great, because you had to participate a lot, making that your presidents say that you have a good grade.
At first, I dind't have clearly my ideas, or my strategies, but then, the delegation of human rights (Juan Miguel Osuna) taught me a new strategy that could help me. I followed his ideas and I acted on my defense. As a conclusion it was a great experience for me and I want to be president the next year!

My Experience at NPA by Maria Fernanda Parra

My experience at NPA started when the Civics' Miss started to talk about NPA, she told us that we had to form groups and to chose a delegartion, then we had to research about what does our delegation does. After that we chose a commission and we research about it. When we have all the information we had to write our paper position, that is a paper in which we have to explain what our delegation does and to propose a solution for the problem, I wrote it with Maria Paula Castro, because she was a in my same delegation and commission.

Luisa F. Parra went to our English class to explain us hoe to behave, and how to talk in NPA. Sunddenly the mock's day arrived, we spent the afternoon in the in the school. My presidents were Luisa F. Parra and Laura Luna, at the beggining I was afraid cause Maria Paula C. and me didn't know what to say, and we knew that if we didnt talk in the real NPA we were going to fail.
Finally, the day arrived! That day the school bus left me, so my mom had to drive me to the school, I arrived on time for the general assembly. When Maria Paula and I went to the classroom in wich we had to debate we didnt know what to, so we started to write it down on a paper, but we couldn't talk cause in that moment the bell rang, so we went out for recess time. When we enter aganin to the classroom we knew what we were going to say and we were more relaxed. We had great ideas. During all the day we were relaxed and talk, then they put us 2 amonestations. At the end of the day we went to another assebly, they gave the superlative and our delegation didnt win anything. Being in NPA was a nice experience.
